Join the Cooperative Network.
Do you write grant proposals? When was the last time you were in a room together with a group of other grant writers, learning about your craft, hearing about the latest opportunities, or swapping war stories?
We believe there is power in the collective wisdom, energy, and effort of grant professionals - power that can lift New Mexico. If you are a grant professional, or if grant writing is part of your job duties, we invite you to join the Cooperative Network, a new program of The Grants Collective!
Upcoming Events
• Brown Bag Professional Development on December 7 from 12-1pm
Bring a lunch and join us to discuss grant seeking strategies in 2017. This will be an informal event, with some materials presented and provided, but also time to ask questions, make plans with partners, get advice, and share your expertise. This brown bag will take place at The Grants Collective office at 901 Rio Grande Blvd. NW, Suite D-220A (second floor, overlooking St. Clair Winery and Bistro). Future events will be held the first Wednesday of every month.
• Thirsty Thursday Networking on December 8 at 4:30pm
Come unwind and join like-minded folks at St. Clair’s Winery and Bistro. Grant writers often don't have opportunities for face time with colleagues -- because we’re often behind the computer! Come meet your peers. There are others who speak the same language: Proposal-ese (and acronyms!). Future events will be held the second Thursday of every month (location rotating).
These events are the first few of an ongoing series of events. RSVPs are requested (but not required).
