A survey is being by conducted by Building Movement Project – a group that works to support nonprofits role in building a better democracy. Building movement is working with local nonprofits and funders in New Mexico to learn about direct service organizations in the State.
The SURVEY asks nonprofit service organizations in New Mexico the following:
1. How they have experienced budget cuts or increases
2. What work they do in coalitions/alliances to address issues facing their clients/participants.
This link will take you to the survey, which should take 20 minutes to fill out.

The preliminary results will be presented for comment to those who participate in the survey, and to the coalitions, funders, and others who send the survey out to their constituent groups. A final report will be available to all New Mexicans to see how service groups are faring and the ways they are working together to help people in the state to survive and thrive.
