Peña for for the Common Good: Thursday, September, 25, 2014 at 9am-1pm
St. Martin's Coffee Shop Conference Room Located at 700 2nd Street (2nd and Lomas) Phone: 242-3801
Lunch will be provided and light snacks, coffee and juice in the morning. This will be the 3rd peña in our series of "Peñas for the Common Good" and we are excited to announce that Kim Klein is returning to New Mexico and will be joining us for this peña. This will be a great opportunity to push forward our dialogue on the Common Good, and follow up on the conversation we started with Kim and the community this past spring.
We will also have three of our local community members present on their work, and how it contributes to the common good leading up to the 2015 Legislative Session. Joining us are Adriann Barboa from Strong Families, Ona Porter from Prosperity Works and Adrian Pedroza from Partnership for Community Action. We hope you can join us and contribute to the dialogue and help shape what the common good means for New Mexicans.
