Does your organization need to increase its HR know-how? This training is for you! Groundworks and Endunamo are offering a 4-part series designed specifically for our social sector on August 19, September 2, 16, and 30. Each session focuses on critical people issues that will help nonprofit organizations to achieve success and fulfill their missions. This training series features interactive instruction, discussion, and practical exercises in an open learning environment where participants are encouraged to share best practices, challenges, and questions.
Facilitated by Olivia Stanley and Greg Wilken of Endunamo, this training is designed to give nonprofit professionals the tools and resources to incorporate a strengths-based approach to HR strategies and to ensure that HR practices are legally compliant and minimize organizational risk.
