Next Tuesday the Media Literacy Project, Center for Media Justice and Free Press will be hosting a townhall on the future of the Internet.
This townhall will give Native Americans, Latinos, and all New Mexicans the opportunity to share with FCC Commissioner Michael Copps their ideas, concerns, and experiences with Internet access. Your stories will help shape the future of the Internet for New Mexico and the rest of the country.
Please join us this November 16 at the National Hispanic Cultural Center's Journal Theater. The future of the Internet depends on all of us. RSVP at savetheinternet.com/abqhearing. If you are unable to make the event, please call (505) 609-8547 and leave a message with your story. We'll submit those messages to the FCC as public comment.
