The New Mexico Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals celebrates National Philanthropy Day by recognizing achievement in the categories listed below.
We invite you to submit a nomination (forms available online at afpnewmexico.afpnet.org/), publicly recognizing those individuals, organizations, and businesses that make our communities better places to live through great vision, compassion and generosity.
CATEGORY (select one per nomination):
- Outstanding Business/Corporation in Philanthropy
- Outstanding Volunteer Fundraiser
- 3 Outstanding Leaders in Philanthropy (1 in each region: Central- Bernalillo, Torrance, Valencia, Sandoval Counties; North- Counties above I-40; South- Counties below I-40).
- Outstanding Philanthropic Foundation or Service Organization
- Outstanding Fundraising Professional
- Outstanding Family in Philanthropy
- 4 Outstanding Youth in Philanthropy (YIP) (Elementary, Middle and High School, Collaboration Award)
NOMINATION GUIDELINES:
- Complete the nomination form (one form per nominee)
- In a narrative of no more than two (2) pages, address each of the criteria. The nominator must sign this letter.
- Provide up to three (3) one-page (maximum) letters of support for this nomination.
- Include a one page maximum bio in narrative form, and a two page (maximum) resume (if applicable).
- PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE ANY ADDITIONAL MATERIALS
- Late applications will not be considered.
