How Will Health Care Reform Impact NM?
The National Health Care Reform & Its Impact on New Mexico Forum is Tuesday, April 27, 7-9pm, at the First Unitarian Church, 3701 Carlisle Blvd. NE, in Albuquerque.
Since health care reform passed last month, many people have been wondering how the legislation will affect the programs they use and how it will impact New Mexico as a whole. What will happen to Medicare and Medicaid coverage? How does it affect rural areas?
If you’ve got questions, we know where to get answers. Next Tuesday evening, Health Action New Mexico and the League of Women Voters are hosting an informational forum to cover all key areas of health care reform.
State Senator Dede Feldman, who co-chairs the Legislative Health & Human Services Committee, will be at the forum to discuss the work of the New Mexico Working Group on Federal Health Care Reform.
Gather up your friends, your family, and anyone who’s got questions on health care reform and bring ‘em to the forum.
