You may have seen our announcement earlier this year regarding the relaunch of the Social Sector Institute Center for Nonprofit Excellence and the hiring of new positions within our programs. We are pleased to share that Faith B. Kelly recently joined the team as Senior Manager of Learning & Education.
Faith comes to us with a deep history in nonprofit program management, board membership, and facilitation. She moved to New Mexico from Alaska in 2021, with nearly two decades in nonprofit work advocating for children and adults with developmental disabilities. Faith led operations for a statewide public health COVID response with the University of Alaska Anchorage Project ECHO. She then joined the University of New Mexico, where ECHO originated. At UNM, Faith applied her project management and facilitation skills to upscale ECHO replication by training university and hospital leadership in Africa, Australia, Europe, and the Americas. From global to local, she returned to her social services roots as development director at a Bernalillo nonprofit. There she familiarized herself with the unique challenges and strengths of the New Mexico social sector landscape and its parallels to Alaska.
Please join us in wishing Faith a warm welcome as she embarks on this key role serving New Mexico nonprofit organizations.
