Looking for some commercial space in Albuquerque?
NewLife Homes is a New Mexico nonprofit that develops permanent supportive housing for the most vulnerable in the community. Our most recent project, the rehabilitation of the historic Luna Lodge, includes a 900 sq. ft. space right on Central Ave. We are looking for a partner who is interested in using the commercial space and hope to find someone with a practical business model and sufficient capital to foster a successful partnership. We are open to proposals-lease will be very low if not free, contingent on opportunities made available for our residents.
