2017 Service Summit
The New Mexico Service Summit is an annual event which brings together National Service programs, members, and supporters from across the state. This is an opportunity to network, share ideas, and engage in professional development. Learn from experts in the field and network with other volunteer coordinators.
On March 24, 2017, the New Mexico Commission for Community Volunteerism (NMCCV) invites nonprofits, volunteer managers, program administrators, and the general public to join us for trainings and workshops on topics including: finding resources; best practices for volunteer management; conflict management; panels of professionals in the field; and more.
Registration is required and space is limited. Register here.

Champions of Volunteerism Awards
During the Service Summit, the NMCCV will recognize and honor New Mexico’s Champions of Volunteerism. These awardees are nominated and selected by NMCCV Commissioners along with a panel of community members representing organizations that promote and utilize volunteers.
Volunteering is an essential part of the rich culture and history of New Mexico, and we at the Commission celebrate its many community-building benefits. As every year there are those who go above and beyond to become champions of volunteerism, we seek to acknowledge their efforts, their impact on their communities, and honor their promotion of volunteerism throughout the state of New Mexico.
