2017 Funders Forum
Mark your calendars for this very special opportunity brought to you by the Association of Fundraising Professionals of New Mexico and the Funders Group of Central New Mexico.
Thursday, February 16, 2017
8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
CNM Workforce Training Center
5600 Eagle Rock Ave NE
Albuquerque, NM 87113
At this very unique event you will get to personally meet several funders. These funders represent private foundations and corporations and you will have the opportunity to hear them discuss the basic facts relevant to their grant programs - giving priorities, deadlines, application processes, contact information, etc. and ask questions one-on-one.
The Funders Forum is popular among fundraisers and other nonprofit staff members at all levels. For those new to fundraising and grant-writing, it is a great opportunity to meet and learn from funders. For experienced fundraisers, it is a chance to find out any changes in funding priorities. This year we are excited to welcome two new Funders to the program.
What Attendees Said About Last Year’s Funders Forum

"Funding priorities change for each funder and it is helpful to talk to someone directly to see if our agency would be a good fit for applying for their grants."
"The energy in the room was great, people were excited to network."
