Fast Forward fosters a supportive network of tech and social sector leaders to grow the tech for good ecosystem. We want to see more organizations leverage open source software, always connected devices, inexpensive variable cost web infrastructure, and APIs to build tech solutions to critical issues in education, environment, health, and human rights.
While tech nonprofits look just like your typical startup, they measure success based on impact rather than profits. Once they achieve product/market fit, they scale incredibly well, quickly reaching wide, and often hard-to-access, communities.
Through Fast Forward, the tech community achieves tremendous social impact by mobilizing their skills and resources to help these organizations succeed.
