Provides education to adults -- teaching adults to read and English as a Second Language. We are a new start up, but have over 70 years combined experience on the board in adult literacy. We have received our 501(c)(3) determination letter and are currently addressing the issues of start up funding, site location.
keep and manage the books; periodic reporting on financial status; maintain IRS records, chair the standing Finance Committee, attend one board meeting a month; attend one executive committee meeting a month.
