Friends of NM Farm and Ranch Heritage Museum
Agency Description:
The friends mission is to provide support for the NM Farm and Ranch Heritage Museum. This support may come in the form of raising funds,carrying out projects of preservation and restoration, acceptance of gifts, donations of time, money or materials, accept and maintain endowments, and engage in any other activities for the benefit & general assistance of the Museum.
Position Description:
The board meets 4 times yearly plus additional special meetings.
Responsibilities include account reconciliations, oversite of bookkeeping and accounting procedures. Other responsibilities include preparation of IRS, NM PRC, and other reports as required.
Expectations:
Treasurer will attend Board Meetings and other Meetings as required. Financial reports will be analized and presented at Board Meetings. Required Government reporting will be processed in a timely accurate maner.
