Position Description:

POSITION TITLE: Member, BBBS-CNM Board of Directors DESCRIPTION  Voting member of the decision making body of BBBS-CNM  Instrumental in providing guidance and direction in support of the growth and success of BBS-CNM  Contribute time and resources to the growth and success of BBBS-CNM  Identify and cultivate potential donors. .

Fund Raising: Join the Leadership Giving Circle, and give/get $10,000.
Monitor and develop policies necessary for effective operation and growth of the Agency
 Protect Brand and support its enhancement
 Participate in a minimum of one formal Board Committee
 Strategically plan for effectiveness and growth
 Actively advocate for Agency and its programs
 Recruit quality board members and volunteers
 Attend scheduled meetings, which include regularly scheduled Board Meetings, special meetings called by Board President, Committee meetings, and special events sponsored by Agency. Board and Committee attendance of 75% is required
 Ensure adherence to all legal, ethical and regulatory requirements
 Other responsibilities as assigned by the Board or Board President
