Position Description:
Most board meetings take place in Corrales or at our classroom location on Mountain and Broadway. Hispanic and women of color with previous volunteer governance experience and interest in sewing, design and micro business could provide balance and insight to our board. Can you walk the walk as well as talk the talk?
Expectations:
Attenance to board meetings averaging 6 per year.
Attendance at Sew Right fundraising events twice a year.
Promotion of and assistance to Sew Right within your professional sphere of influence.
Financial and volunteer support appropriate to your personal circumstances. 15 hrs or more per year. $500 or more per year.
