Main Areas of Responsibility:
Be part of a dynamic leadership team that is involved in building and strengthening the cultural environment of New Day through implementation of its core values and programmatic approaches. Provide leadership that supports the growing High Fidelity Wraparound program and a small care coordination program, Rise. New Day has a small but growing clinical program. Support launching High Fidelity Wraparound as a Medicaid billable service.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Become knowledgeable with the values, principles, processes and regulations related to High-Fidelity Wraparound
Design and support the implementation of a comprehensive and responsive intake process and ensure accurate data collection is occurring for all programs
· Assure that the Fidelity tools are completed in a timely fashion, and that the lessons gleaned from them are utilized in coaching.
Salary Range:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
