Main Areas of Responsibility:
Crossroads for Women is seeking a strong and compassionate Vocational Coordinator: Full-Time. Provide assistance and support for previously homeless women in accessing vocational services and employment. Provide job skill training, educational/ employment goal setting and support. Advocate with outside entities to support the success of Crossroads clients. Develop placement opportunities in the community. Provide ongoing support for maintaining employment.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Provide educational instruction to groups at two locations. Offer individualized instruction to help clients achieve personal goals.
