Main Areas of Responsibility:
Manage database of enrolled students and recruitment prospects. Update the website or provide webmaster with updates. Manage paper and electronic files, with system back-ups. Track program revenues and expenses in Excel. Create and modify budgets in Excel. Make deposits.

Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Participate in outreach and marketing efforts on social media sites, e.g. Facebook and Twitter. Provide administrative support, including database management, to recruiters internationally.
Receive and initiate communication with recruiters. Respond to queries from students, prospective students and families. Organize and manage visa arrangements for visiting students and staff. Organize and manage travel arrangements.
