Type of Job: 
Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Conduct individual therapy counseling with assigned clients. Prepare and hold group therapy sessions.
Oversee / assist Case Managers in facilitating groups and hold appropriate training programs for staff as appropriate. Prepare notes and enter billings in accordance with agency and program guidelines. Participate in weekly supervision meetings and regular department and BH staff meetings as scheduled. Conducts Psychosocial assessments and diagnostic interview for new and existing clients.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

1. Carry out all duties in a manner that is consistent with HOPEWORKS’s mission, vision, values and policies.

2. Duties may be changed based on agency needs.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Master’s Degree in Counseling, social work, psychology or related field.
2. Licensure (LPCC, LISW, LMFT, LMSW, LMHC)
3. Experience with homeless issues, substance abuse and severe mental illness.
