Main Areas of Responsibility:
Full Time employee's will be given a $2,000.00 sign on bonus after the completion of the three (3) month probationary period. This position is responsible for providing direct clinical services & care management to individual clients & their families as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team. It manages the Psychosocial Rehabilitation program & PSR staff. This supervision includes evaluations, performance improvement, & training. In addition, it serves as the clinical staff trainer.
