Type of Job: 
Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for the overall clinical needs of clients. Provide individual, group and family counseling within therapeutic scope of practice.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

1. Provide therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults (individual, group, and family therapy).
2. Maintain timely and accurate records of counseling/ therapy sessions, Service Assessments, Treatment Plans (Review every 90 days and make appropriate changes), Social Worker updates and Discharge Summaries.
3. Conduct any Behavioral Health Assessments as needed/required. (MORE PRIMARY DUTIES)

Other Information/Requirements: 

Master’s in Social Work & Provisional NM Licensure (with eventual attainment of licensure) OR
Licensure in NM (LMSW, LPCC, LPC, LISW, LMFT, LMAT, LCSW) and experience with the target population.
Effective oral and written communication and problem-solving skills.
At least 25 years of age or older to be eligible to drive Childhaven vehicles, a current/valid NM Driver’s License and clean driving record
Must pass local, state, and federal background checks through CYFD (including fingerprints)
