Main Areas of Responsibility:
Provide onsite wrap-around services to assist tenants in being successful in housing. Two positions are available 12 am-12 pm and 12 pm - 12 am. These services include building rapport and trusted relationships, ensuring the safety of Hope Village tenants and the surrounding neighborhood by coordinating and supporting a twenty-four-hour safety officer, monitoring guests of Hope Village tenants, completing shift reports, and communicating and updating upcoming shifts.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Complete shift reports and all necessary documentation within the expected timeframe; Monitor and have all community guests sign in and out; Work with property manager and other staff to address challenges and develop creative and appropriate solutions; Participate as part of a team to develop and implement activities focusing on life skills, independence, and enhancing the quality of life for tenants of Hope Village.
