Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The main areas of responsibility for the System Improvement Lead include facilitating collaboration among NMCEH, BFZ, and community partners, developing operating frameworks, supporting teams, engaging stakeholders, implementing data-driven strategies, and working towards achieving functional zero for chronic homelessness in Santa Fe County.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Additional areas of responsibility for the System Improvement Lead include generating data reports, supporting data collection and analysis, establishing partnerships with relevant stakeholders, serving as a liaison between agencies, representing NMCEH in national BFZ initiatives, and promoting community engagement and public outreach for homelessness initiatives.

Other Information/Requirements: 

The position is full-time, requiring 40 hours per week with occasional evenings and weekends. Qualifications include 4-5 years of experience in systems change, project and financial management, data analysis, and existing relationships in Santa Fe's homeless provider network. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required. Diversity and equity are prioritized.
