The main areas of responsibility for the System Improvement Lead include facilitating collaboration among NMCEH, BFZ, and community partners, developing operating frameworks, supporting teams, engaging stakeholders, implementing data-driven strategies, and working towards achieving functional zero for chronic homelessness in Santa Fe County.
