Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Position Summary
The Supervisor of Retail Services oversees aspects of the non-profit museum store, a social enterprise endeavor of the Balloon Museum Foundation, including one brick and mortar store, an e-commerce operation, marketing and promotions, hiring and training year round and seasonal (Balloon Fiesta) staffing and support all fundraising efforts of the Balloon Museum Foundation.

Other Information/Requirements: 

A proven track record as a retail buyer. Growing revenue, monetizing a brand, licensing and product development. Problem solving aptitude, flexibility, and excellent organizational skills. Supervisory, training skills of retail associates. Empathetic, professional management and leadership skills. Ability to develop and manage budgets. Knowledge of (POS) systems, online store management. Flexibility to work weekends, evening events as needed.
