Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The New Mexico Coalition of Sexual Assault Programs (NMCSAP) is seeking an experienced consultant to lead a comprehensive strategic planning process as we commemorate 40 years of advocacy and support for survivors. This project will involve reflecting on our impact, engaging diverse stakeholders across New Mexico, and crafting a bold, equity-centered vision for the future.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The consultant will lead NMCSAP through reflection, visioning, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning—honoring 40 years of impact while shaping a bold, equity-centered future. The process will center survivor voices, elevate equity, and position NMCSAP as a statewide leader in ending sexual violence.

Other Information/Requirements: 

We seek a consultant with experience in strategic planning, equitable engagement, and data analysis; a commitment to ending sexual violence and advancing equity; and familiarity with New Mexico or similar communities. Experience with coalitions or social justice nonprofits is strongly preferred.
