Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Homewise, seeks a Chief Financial Officer at our Santa Fe office. A well suited candidate is confident, takes initiative, possesses a sense of urgency, the ability to make decisions and take responsibility for them, must have demonstrated proficiency in strategic, organizational, and operational leadership and be able to identify issues and lead change in all three areas.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

o Lead the finance team through mentorship and by providing opportunities for continued development. Create and implement a team plan for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the group as well as providing individuals with professional and personal growth with emphasis on opportunities (where possible) of individuals.

Other Information/Requirements: 

o Confident, independent action, initiative and sense of urgency. The ability to make decisions and take responsibility for them.
o Leadership. A good educator who is trustworthy and willing to share information and serve as a mentor. Leadership based on ability to inspire, motivate and engage commitment from others. A decisive individual who possesses a "big picture" perspective and is well versed in systems.
