Senior Director of Development

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

National Dance Institute of New Mexico (NDI-NM) is a statewide non-profit organization founded in 1991 with nearly 100 employees, 2 facilities and a budget of over $4.3 Million annually, NDI-NM is seeking a dynamic Senior Director of Development committed to partnering with the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and senior management team in defining and achieving the goals of the NDI-NM statewide.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Development and implementation of the advancement plan; cultivation, solicitation & stewardship of donors; leadership of staff, advisory committees & volunteers; marketing including events and communications; performance targets of at least $5 Million annually and $15-$20 Million in capital campaigns. BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or related plus 10+ years of successful fundraising experience. Broad knowledge of the Santa Fe & Albuquerque philanthropic/business communities.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Salary for this full-time position is commensurate with the successful candidate’s professional experience. NDI-NM offers a competitive benefits package that includes health/dental insurance and retirement plan.
