Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Director's primary responsibilities include leading the school in all areas of educational, organizational and business processes, including hiring of faculty and effectively managing employees; ensuring compliance with AMI, state and local requirements; mentoring and developing staff and promoting strong partnerships both within and outside the school community.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
This position also calls for direct and effective collaboration with the Board of Directors in the areas of fundraising, creating and enforcing school policies and overseeing the development and management of the school budget.
