Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The JCC in Albuquerque, NM has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Safety & Security Director. This position reports to the Chief Operations Officer and is responsible for the overall planning, implementation, management, staffing and evaluation of safety and security programs. Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for developing security policies, overseeing security staff, training all staff on security practices, awareness of crime trends & threats, liaison with law enforcement, and planning /conducting drills.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Relevant Associate degree or successful completion of police training school.
• Five years of relevant law enforcement experience.
• Leadership experience/skills.
• Experience in using the latest technology related to security.
• Working knowledge of the CCTV system.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Conceal Carry Permit/License.
