Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Reproductive Rights Staff Attorney will operate under an intersectional reproductive justice framework and collaborate with community to protect and advance reproductive rights, health and justice. Working with the ACLU-NM and National ACLU litigation teams and local cooperating attorneys, this person will develop, investigate and litigate cases. Additionally, they will lead non-litigation advocacy strategies.

Salary Range: 
Based on litigator salary scale - anticipated minimum of $75,500/yr
