Main Areas of Responsibility:
This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of Render technical support; Communicating with Bible translation partners, interfacing with Render design and programming staff concerning software issues,
• Maintaining all facets of Render software, including workflow, processes, and syncing.
• Guiding project administrators through the process of initializing software and setting up projects.
• Communicating with partners regarding technical issues or software questions.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Diagnosing and prioritizing software issues, referring difficult issues to product owner when needed.
• Taking ownership of all technical issues, helping partners troubleshoot.
• Develop and implement training workshops for support personnel, serving as contact.
• Developing and overseeing a help desk system for users.
• Developing and maintaining a systematic way of documenting issues.
• Preparing accurate and timely reports.
• Participating in Render software tests and demonstrations.
