Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Regional Manager provided customer care and support to established membership while growing new membership within the service area through the recruitment of new members and the formation of new troops.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Assists in achieving the council's corporate goals for girl and adult membership through implementing membership strategies in assigned areas.

Other Information/Requirements: 

The position is responsible for recruiting and retaining girl and adult membership in assigned, established geographic areas through implementing and sustaining excellent customer service.
