Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Business Consultant/Trainer will serve individuals in Southeastern New Mexico who are interested in starting or growing a small business. The Business Consultant/Trainer will also serve as the Regional Manager, responsible for managing the overall success of the regional office. Key functions of the position are to provide business consulting, training, and assistance with accessing capital for small businesses in the region.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Consulting one-on-one with entrepreneurs and small business owners on issues related to starting a business, managing a business (including financial management, marketing, operations, etc.), and obtaining business capital. Delivering training classes for entrepreneurs and small business owners on relevant topics. Supervising team members aligned with the regional office.
