Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Psychotherapist provides evidence-based treatment and complex trauma psychotherapy treatment to all survivors (adult and children) of sexual violence, as well as to non-offending family members, guardians, and other close supporters. Complex Trauma treatment is the primary treatment provided along with adjunctive therapies in at least one of the following areas: EMDR, EFT, Hypnosis, Somatic Experiencing, Brainspotting, Truama Resilience Model and/or Art Therapy.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide primary therapy for survivors of sexual violence, non-offending family members, partners, guardians or loved ones (ages 3 and above).
• Provide emergency/crisis intervention.
• Work closely with Clinical Team members to identify the needs of clients and their support systems.
• Participate in weekly supervision with or as assigned by the Clinical Manager.
