Property Manager

Job Description
Type of Job: 
Part-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

- Reside in Manager Unit on-site to be an on-call contact for all residents at the property during or after twelve part-time office hours per week. If unable to reside on-site applicants will still be considered with adjusted compensation if needed.
- Coordinate with maintenance and facilities team for physical needs at the property.
- Show community and apartments to prospective residents.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

- Develop fair marketing strategies to generate traffic, maximize rents, and retain quality residents while ensuring that we are marketing to all demographic groups represented in the geographic area.
- Prepare any required weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on a timely basis.

Other Information/Requirements: 

- Associate’s Degree or related work experience in lieu of but must include High School diploma
- Minimum three years’ apartment management experience
