Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The primary role of the Program Weekend Coordinator is to provide comprehensive strengths based Shelter services to homeless LGBTQQ youth 13-17 years living in Casa Q. Oversee 24/7 shelter daily programming ,

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Guide youth and team towards curious, holistic, and strengths-based goal setting and problem solving
Ability to teach and model life skills.Keep completed and consistent detailed documentation on each individual.Exercise tact and sensitivity in facilitating team dynamics. Embody and model CasaQ’s values and approaches.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Requires ability to lift, transfer, push/pull, maneuver, and reposition 25 lbs.Ability to reach, bend and walk.Ability to comprehend complex materials.Ability to speak and write English clearly and accurately.Bi-Lingual/Spanish preferred. Bachelor’s Degree or 2-3 years of experience working with LGBTQQ youth in a shelter and/or transitional/supportive housing program.

Salary Range: 
Compensation: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
