Monitoring of educational travel program submissions, inventory management, program maintenance, catalog reviews and post program quality review. The Operations Coordinator is a highly visible role that demands extensive customer service skills, a high level of professionalism and willingness to handle all planning and administrative details of programs. The Operations Coordinator must be able to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment where prioritizing and multitasking are essentials.
