Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Monitoring of educational travel program submissions, inventory management, program maintenance, catalog reviews and post program quality review. The Operations Coordinator is a highly visible role that demands extensive customer service skills, a high level of professionalism and willingness to handle all planning and administrative details of programs. The Operations Coordinator must be able to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment where prioritizing and multitasking are essentials.

Other Information/Requirements: 

-Bachelor’s degree preferred
-Two years' experience in travel-related field
-Budget-monitoring experience
-Successful in meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment; focused, highly productive with minimal supervision
-Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, service-oriented approach
-Proactive, creative, innovative problem solver; demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others
-Strong system skills; comfortable in a complex database environment
