Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for the implementation of the Girl Scout Leadership Experience (GSLE) while working directly with youth in various settings including schools, community organizations, and Girl Scout specific events. Works collaboratively with members of the Girl Experience and Program teams as well as cross-functionally with other departments to ensure achievement of the council’s goals.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

1. With the guidance of the Community Manager, design, develop, and implement innovative activities, meetings, and events to reach underserved and underrepresented populations.
2. Serve as a Troop Leader for up to 3 troops in afterschool settings.
3. Lead weekly meetings for each of the troops.
4. Prep weekly activities and supplies for each troop meeting.
5. Work with up to 20 girls k-3rd grade in each troop.
