Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for assisting the Center Director in coordinating and/or supervising a team of staff and volunteers, monitoring documentation, data reporting and managing our senior program. Provides direct service for 50% or more of the time. Recruitment, selection, vetting, training, assignment, and assessment of volunteers within the agency.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Associates Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required; plus three years minimum work experience in administrative/supervisory capacity, to include meeting deadlines; ability to work independently with minimum supervision; advanced computer and database skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Windows; strong communication skills, including constructive interactions with volunteers, staff, and the public.
