Main Areas of Responsibility:
We are looking for a passionate and professional teacher to join our Children’s Learning Center team. We offer a warm and inviting early childhood environment. The ideal candidate for this job will love working with children, have experience in an early childhood classroom, and speak English and Spanish fluently. This person must be a sensitive and mature individual who can relate well to all Center community members, maintain a professional attitude and have a collaborative, warm personality.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
They will also have a CDC or CDA and be willing to study the Reggio Emilia approach to learning, which includes planning, supervising, and implementing child-directed classroom programs that are emergent and inquiry-based as well as by the policies of the Center and the requirements of licensing agencies. However, we are willing to work with teachers ready to take coursework towards the CDC while employed at our center.
