Peer Client Support Worker

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Facilitate appropriate peer/case management for FBF clients that will enable them to increase family income and stability.
Assist the Client Outcomes Manager in conducting skills and aptitude assessments with each client.
Assist the Client Outcomes Manager in facilitating workshops and classes, including mentorship, parenting, life skills, and financial education, both individually and in group settings.
Serve as a mentor to clients and work with FBF staff to maximize their skill level.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Job Requirements:
This position prefers lived experience with incarceration and re-entry; experience delivering services in the fields of Social, Behavioral, or Health Sciences or experience working with under-served populations; and intermediate computer skills in MS Office and Windows. Peer Certifications and being bilingual in English/Spanish are also preferred.

Salary Range:
