Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Duties include answering the phone, greeting people, helping to facilitate Multi-access Services via Zoom and Facebook, answering calls and disseminating messages appropriately. Must have great communication skills, Microsoft Office skill; to include Outlook Word and Excel, and be Zoom and Tech Proficient.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Must be able to work various nights and weekends and various event approx.; 25 hours/wk.
