Main Areas of Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and participate in all fund-raising activities including donor cultivation, direct mail appeals, volunteer relations and special event planning.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Basic administrative duties include: general correspondence; donor acknowledgment; donor and volunteer database entry and maintenance; scheduling of volunteer dinner program; coordination of mailings for spring and year -end appeal letters; coordination of quarterly newsletter; maintain development files; maintain guest lists and RSVP’s for special events; and other duties as assigned.
