Parent Educator

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Home Visiting Parent Educator provides home visits to eligible families. The position will involve recruiting families for home visiting services, conducting weekly home visits implementing the Parents as Teachers "Born to Learn" curriculum. Providing a comprehensive program with the goal of a meaningful child development experience for parents and their infants/toddlers; providing guidance and direction to meet, the individual needs of children and families.

Other Information/Requirements: 

An Associates of Art (AA) degree in Early Childhood Education or related field including Social Work, Family Studies, Child Development, etc. Minimum two years' experience working with infants and toddlers. 2- 3 years customer service experiences a plus.
