Outdoor Program/Camp Manager

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

This position develops and executes girl experiences with an outdoor focus. The position is based out of the Albuquerque Service Center for 8-10 months of the year, with the remaining 204 months based at one or both camp properties..

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Conducts multiple events each month covering all regions of the council within a 12-month period.
Provides direction and leadership for summer camp (resident, troop and family), day camp and alumni camp during the camp season.
Supports volunteer-led outdoor trainings and outdoor programs and camps.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with four years directly related work experience.
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment; ability to handle several tasks simultaneously.
Experience in successfully developing and executing youth programs.
