Operations Manager

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Operations Manager supports the Executive Director in overseeing activities to maximize efficiency and ensure the overall goals and success of the organization. Designs and implements activities and systems associated with the operational and administrative aspects of projects, particularly as they relate to organizational objectives, funder deliverables, and assessed field needs; and provides day-to-day technical assistance as appropriate to the program.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Assist Executive Director with daily operations, including personnel, financial, reporting, and policy matters.
Participate in program operations and support Board activities.
Help establish and implement short- and long-term goals.
Coordinate policy efforts and monitor related state, federal, and tribal policies.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in task management software and MS Office.
Skilled in document, newsletter, and website creation.
Financial management and report preparation expertise.
Experience with virtual environments and meeting coordination.
Bachelor's degree in business, health, or social services.

Salary Range: 
$55,000-$65,000
