Main Areas of Responsibility:
This position cultivates the professional and technological environment of a dynamic organization with three separate locations; implements human resource policies and procedures for a wide-ranging set of activities including employee relations (hiring/terminating policies) and other corporate policies; manages Board of Director meetings and communications; and manages receptionist personnel toward customer service excellence.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Participate in monthly management training/discussion sessions
Participate in and support business programming of Atrisco Companies as requested
Manage database and transfer process for Atrisco Natural Resources Management unitholders
Manage office inventory and property control
Support and data administration for El Campo Santo
Other duties determined necessary by the Executive Management team
Serve as or become a Notary Public
