Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for day-to-day office operations; often the only one present in our office. Requires a take-charge individual with a proven track record in problem resolution and business operation. Must have: QuickBooks Online, Excel, Payroll processing for 8-10 employees, Monthly and quarterly state and federal payroll tax payments and reporting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, Bank deposits and reconciliations, Grants/Contracts Management, especially government .
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Other job tasks: General office organization; compiling reports for Board of Director meetings every other month; telephone reception (light phones); filling Online Orders (2 – 4 per week) T-shirts, new member packets, etc.
