Main Areas of Responsibility:
Manages IT & Administrative tasks: new users, updating soft- and hardware, troubleshooting IT issues, supporting users in Microsoft and Google; provides tech and data support to staff and leadership; manages external IT support; calendaring, scheduling, communicating, and accounting to assist the Directors; books and tracks grant-funded programs; compiles data on attendance and reach; writes letters and emails; creates reports; coordinates special projects and events; a wide range of other tasks
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
- Coordinate with organization leadership on the ongoing design, implementation, and maintenance of the IT, database, telephone, and business equipment systems for the organization.
- Handle day-to-day administrative responsibilities, such as emailing, filing, copying, scanning, and faxing.
